A truly captivating collision of Mathematics, Sound and Vision at Cheltenham Science & Design Festival Day#3 . . .

Art, Science, Music, Bird Song, Colour, The Pattern in Nature and Rhythm of Life . . . all came together last night as mathematician Marcus du Sautoy took us on a journey, exploring Olivier Messiaen’s 'Quartet for the End of Time’ . . . with a live ensemble performance by The Royal Academy of Music and mesmerising visualisations by Simon Russell.
