More Pottery Love!


Another great day at the Long Room Gallery, this time in the company of Professor Oliver Watson, former ceramics curator at the V&A. We looked at Bernard Leach, known as the "Father of British studio pottery” and the influences, both Eastern & Western that led to the formation of first Leach Pottery in St Ives and later Winchcombe Pottery in the 1920s. Fabulous!
